Nation with Namo is looking for a Marketing Manager who is able to manage multiple advertising work streams and is dynamic, enthusiastic and keen-eyed enough to go beyond the obvious, draw complex insights and provide actionable to the team and the client.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Effective planning, implementation and monitoring of the digital media campaigns in coordination with different stakeholders, with end-to-end ownership of the complete process.
 - Developing marketing strategies and campaign ideas by understanding brand language, audience preferences and competitive landscape.
 - Analysing data from ad campaigns and secondary sources to identify trends, insights and opportunities to optimize campaign performance.
 - Building and ensuring compliance to systems to ensure smooth execution of digital media campaigns.
 - Providing inputs and expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities, starting from media planning to content development and finalizing ad targeting.
 - Creating and maintaining relationships with clients, advertising partners, influencers and publishers.
 - Managing the team by recruiting, orienting, and training team members.
