About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

SAP WM / EWM Architect

to join our ERP delivery team. This role is pivotal in shaping the warehouse management landscape across our global operations. You will serve as the go-to expert for our legacy ERP platforms while driving innovative warehouse designs and preparing the business for the next generation of digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Architect & Design Authority :

Own and evolve the architecture for Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions in legacy systems and our cloud systems.

Assess business requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.

Review, validate, and sign off on technical and functional designs prepared by team members.

Leadership & Guidance :

Mentor consultants and guide cross-functional teams on solutioning best practices.

Act as the point of escalation for design decisions and solution challenges.

Digital Transformation Enablement :

Lead and facilitate fit-to-standard workshops for new warehouse rollouts.

Drive deployments, integrations, and solution harmonization across multiple business units.

Contribute thought leadership on best practices in warehouse automation, optimization, and cloud adoption.

Cloud & On-Prem Expertise :

Bring hands-on experience with SAP EWM in public / private cloud environments.

Strong on-premise EWM / WM expertise is equally valued for guiding hybrid landscapes and migrations.

What We’re Looking For

8 -10+ years of experience in SAP WM / EWM, with at least 3+ years in an architectural or solution design role.

Strong background in warehouse design, blueprinting, and deployment leadership.

Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions that are scalable, efficient, and business-centric.

Experience in guiding large, diverse teams and influencing stakeholders across global regions.

Exposure to fit-to-standard approaches, digitalization initiatives, and integration with advanced warehouse automation solutions.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
