Hotel Manager

We are seeking a visionary and customer-focused Hotel Manager to lead our prestigious hotel in the vibrant city of Jaipur India. As the Hotel Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel departments including front office housekeeping food & beverage and maintenance
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage the hotels financial performance including budgeting forecasting and cost control measures
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes employee engagement and development
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards local regulations and company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including guests employees and local community partners
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Implement and maintain quality control systems to uphold the hotels standards of excellence
• Oversee the recruitment training and performance management of all hotel staff
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective revenue-generating strategies
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
• Stay informed about the local tourism industry and leverage opportunities to promote the hotel
