We are seeking a visionary and customer-focused Hotel Manager to lead our prestigious hotel in the vibrant city of Jaipur India. As the Hotel Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel departments including front office housekeeping food & beverage and maintenance
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage the hotels financial performance including budgeting forecasting and cost control measures
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes employee engagement and development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards local regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including guests employees and local community partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to uphold the hotels standards of excellence
- Oversee the recruitment training and performance management of all hotel staff
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective revenue-generating strategies
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
- Stay informed about the local tourism industry and leverage opportunities to promote the hotel
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industryBachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related fieldStrong business acumen with a track record of driving commercial performance and meeting KPIsExcellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staffOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsStrategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in hotel management software and financial management systemsIn-depth knowledge of hotel operations including front office housekeeping and food & beverageDemonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and manage guest expectationsStrong financial management and budgeting skillsPassion for continuous learning and commitment to personal and professional developmentFamiliarity with the local culture and tourism industry in Jaipur is highly desirableAbility to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as requiredExcellent organizational and time management skillsInnovative mindset with the ability to implement creative solutions to improve hotel operationsRemote Work : No
