Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Manager based in Kozhikode. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the hiring process from start to finish, including identifying talent, conducting interviews, coordinating with department heads, and managing referral programs. The role involves analyzing recruitment trends, developing strategies to attract top talent, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies and standards. Team management and nurturing positive candidate experiences will also be essential responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Strategies, and Candidate Sourcing
• Strong skills in Interviewing, Networking, and Building Relationships with candidates
• Analytical ability to evaluate recruitment metrics and trends effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English Proficiency is a must)
• Proven experience in recruitment roles, preferably in leadership or managerial positions
• Any degree / post-graduation
