Assistant Growth Manager - New Customer Acquisition - the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and ambitious Assistant Growth Manager to drive new customer acquisition through digital performance marketing. The role focuses on managing paid media channels, analyzing growth metrics, and helping scale presence across platforms.
Youll work closely with the growth and brand teams to strategize, execute, and optimize acquisition campaigns across Google and Meta, ensuring a balance between growth and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
- Track daily campaign performance and ensure healthy CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics
- Conduct regular A / B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Collaborate with the creative, brand, and web teams to improve ad storytelling and user funnels
- Research and test new channels, audience cohorts, and campaign formats to drive new user growth
- Build performance reports, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to the leadership team
- Stay updated on D2C growth trends, ad tools, and emerging marketing platforms
What Were Looking For :
1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth (preferably in a D2C or consumer brand)Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other paid social toolsAnalytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics / GA4 and Excel or SheetsCurious, creative, and results-oriented with a passion for D2C marketingExcellent communication, time management, and coordination skills(ref : iimjobs.com)
