Are you a performance marketing pro with a passion for driving results through paid / Organic campaigns? We're on the lookout for a Team Lead to join our growing remote team!

Location : Remote

Shift : Night (9 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM IST)

Experience : 7 years in to Search & Social + 2 years into Team Handling

What You'll Be Doing :

Managing full-funnel campaigns across Search & Social (Meta) platforms
Driving performance through smart targeting, budgeting, and optimization
Analyzing metrics, making data-driven decisions, and scaling success
Collaborating with creative, analytics, and strategy teams

Who You Are :

Pro at Meta Ads, Google Search Ads , SEO and SEM

Strong understanding of attribution, funnels, and ROAS

Detail-oriented, data-driven, and deadline-focused

Comfortable working independently and managing a team during night shifts
