Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

Role Summary :

The Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for leading company-wide growth strategies, overseeing marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer experience to accelerate revenue and market share. As a key member of the executive team, the CGO will align business development, digital strategy, and brand positioning to deliver measurable growth across channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that align with YSK Digital's mission and business goals.
• Lead and integrate marketing, sales, product positioning, and client acquisition strategies.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, performance marketing, social media, content, CRM).
• Build strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and customer base.
• Leverage data, analytics, and KPIs to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and creative teams to develop client-centric solutions.
• Create go-to-market strategies for new offerings or market entry.
• Build and lead a high-performing growth team, mentoring department heads in marketing and business development.
• Present growth plans and reports to the board and stakeholders.
