Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dialysis Technician, based in Gandhinagar. The Dialysis Technician will be responsible for preparing and operating dialysis machines, monitoring patients throughout the procedure, and performing routine equipment maintenance. Additional responsibilities include ensuring patient comfort, accurately recording treatment information, and coordinating with healthcare staff to provide the best care for patients. The role also requires strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in operating and maintaining dialysis equipment
• Knowledge of patient care and ability to monitor vital signs during procedures
• Keen attention to detail for accurate recording and reporting of treatment data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and the healthcare team
• Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols
• Certificate or diploma in dialysis technology or a related healthcare field
• Prior experience as a Dialysis Technician is preferred but not mandatory
