Role Description :

Growth Fusion is seeking a full-time Hybrid Media Buyer – Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning, creating, and managing campaigns on both social media and native advertising platforms to drive high-quality lead generation. This role includes conducting market research to identify target audiences, optimizing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to align strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in launching, monitoring, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (primarily Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and creative performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the creative and data teams to test new angles, creatives, and landing pages.
• Track and report on key KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) daily, with recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain clean naming conventions and tracking practices across campaigns.
• Stay updated with trends, ad policies, and algorithm updates across ad platforms.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies efficiently.
• Help QA tracking and postback setups in platforms like RedTrack.
