Job Overview :

As a Workstream Management Intern at GrowthStudioz, you'll play a key role in coordinating the flow of work between our creative, media, and strategy teams. You'll help ensure smooth communication, organized task tracking, and timely delivery across projects for some of India's leading D2C brands.

Description :

• Create and maintain clear task lists for ongoing client projects, assign responsibilities, and track completion.
• Follow up on daily and weekly deliverables to ensure timely execution as per project plans.
• Stay updated on ongoing tasks across media, creative, and strategy teams, ensuring no communication gaps.
• Maintain detailed task updates and proactively check in with team members for progress.
• Support team leads in improving internal coordination and workflow efficiency.
• Act as a communication link between teams to ensure everyone is aligned on goals, priorities, and deadlines.
• Help identify and resolve bottlenecks or delays in the workflow.
• Join weekly client or internal meetings, take detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and ensure all action items are followed up on.
• Support the media and creative teams in organizing task briefs, tracking daily creative deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
