Pilot Scale Process Development Engineer

Experience : 1-3 Years

Location : Mumbai, India

Work Mode : 6 Days, Work from Office

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct experiments related to chemical synthesis and photocatalytic materials .
• Operate and maintain laboratory-scale and pilot-scale equipment such as furnaces, hydrothermal reactors, vacuum ovens, and filtration units.
• Prepare, process, and characterize photocatalysts and nanomaterials under controlled conditions.
• Handle chemical reagents safely and maintain proper documentation of usage, inventory, and results.
• Monitor reaction parameters (temperature, pressure, pH, etc.) and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Support process optimization and scale-up trials for material production.
