Job Describtion :
Mainframe- App Support (App Support- Unix PL / SQL)
Expertise :
Experience in L2 Application Support role preferably from Finance or Banking Industry.
Technically proficient in Mainframe, CICS, COBOL, JCL, DB2 , Batch Monitoring
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Certification preferred)
experience in Major Incident management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management
Perform the full spectrum of Production Support responsibilities, based on the ITIL Framework : Incident and Problem
have very strong communication skills (written & verbal) and must be able to : leverage your influencing skills to gain
Good to Have -
SRE, Automation and efficiency Improvement : A person who is passionate about the new tools ( SPLUNK, APPDYNAMIC, etc.), technologies ( Unix, Oracle, Java, Informatica etc.), and processes ( ITIL, DevOps, Agile) and adopt them in the working environment to increase the efficiency and effectiveness.
Location : Pune (5days Work from office)
