Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voicebots using leading Conversational AI platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework and Google Dialog flow.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and standards.
  • Develop custom components and tools to enhance chatbot functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to align chatbot solutions with project goals and user needs.
  • Utilize NLP and ML techniques, including TTS, STT, and SSML, to enable intelligent and context-aware chatbot interactions.
  • Integrate chatbot systems with backend infrastructure, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and interaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by analyzing logs, debugging code, and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in chatbot development, AI, and Conversational UI technologies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in conversation design, chatbot development, or voice assistant design.
  • Google CCAI development experience
  • Experience of working with Google DialogFlow
  • Strong understanding of NLU concepts, including intents, entities, and contextual understanding.
  • Experience designing and building multiple conversational assistants using any toolset and program languages (any of : C++, C#, NodeJs, JS)
  • Ability to create compelling, user-friendly conversational experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve voice assistant performance.
  • Experience working with conversational AI tools and platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven chatbots and voice assistants.
  • Experience in designing demos and prototypes for conversational AI solutions.
  • Understanding of business-side considerations and the value conversational AI brings to organizations.
