CTC : 135,000 - 160,000 per month depending on fitment and experience

Location : Bengaluru

What will you do?

Drive growth in the

South market ; scanning, spotting, and seizing opportunities.

Partner with founders to crack new sectors, shape regional strategies, and expand the client base.

Acquire new clients via referrals, inbound leads, and networking that doesn’t feel like networking.

Lead pitches from start to finish - RFPs, creds, narratives, decks, and winning rooms.

Close deals, negotiate commercials, and ensure smooth, seamless onboarding.

Manage onboarded brands like they’re your own; ensuring consistency, growth, and strategic alignment.

Be the brand custodian for existing clients; building roadmaps, spotting opportunities, and driving business + creative impact.

Stay on top of campaigns, communication, and delivery timelines with internal teams.

Keep the org’ creds, case studies, and success stories fresh and sharp.

Focus on client experience; measure it, improve it, own it (yes, NPS matters) and make every interaction meaningful.

Nurture relationships by being proactive, bringing insights, and always staying solution-driven.

Spot upsell & cross-sell opportunities that actually add value to the client, not just the bottom line.

What do you bring?

7+ years of advertising / digital experience, with a mix of

business development, client servicing, and brand management.

Experience in a similar agency-side role (preferred) - you get the pace, the people, and the client mindset.

Proven ability to grow accounts and manage brands strategically.

The balance of detail and big-picture thinking; you can handle the nitty-gritty while planning the long game.

Storytelling and presentation skills that make strategies land and stick.

A networker at heart, a problem-solver by nature, and a partner clients can rely on.
