Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Specialist with expertise in Siebel solutions, you will design, develop, and support Siebel-based systems. Your role involves defining system requirements, configuring Siebel applications, and implementing EAI/EIM solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design and Develop Siebel Systems: Define system requirements, configure Siebel applications, and write scripts to meet business needs. Implement EAI/EIM solutions to integrate Siebel with other systems.
• Test Actuate Components: Test Actuate components to ensure seamless integration with Siebel-based systems.
• Configure Siebel Modules: Configure various Siebel modules, including Siebel Contact Center, Siebel Sales, Siebel Self-Service, Siebel Customer Order Management, and Siebel PRM.
• Implement Siebel Solutions: Apply expertise in Siebel solutions to implement and support Siebel-based systems.
• Support System Requirements: Support the definition of system requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Siebel Solution Expertise: Experience with designing, developing, and supporting Siebel-based systems, including defining system requirements and configuring Siebel applications.
• Scripting and Integration: Experience with writing scripts and implementing EAI/EIM solutions to integrate Siebel with other systems.
• Siebel Module Configuration: Experience with configuring various Siebel modules, such as Siebel Contact Center, Siebel Sales, Siebel Self-Service, Siebel Customer Order Management, and Siebel PRM.
• Actuate Component Testing: Exposure to testing Actuate components to ensure seamless integration with Siebel-based systems.
• Siebel System Implementation: Experience with implementing and supporting Siebel-based systems to meet business needs.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Extensive Siebel Module Knowledge: Experience working with various Siebel modules, including Siebel Contact Center, Siebel Sales, Siebel Self-Service, Siebel Customer Order Management, and Siebel PRM, is beneficial for this role.
• Advanced Scripting Skills: Exposure to writing complex scripts and implementing EAI/EIM solutions to integrate Siebel with other systems is preferred.
