We are seeking a motivated fresher for the role of Product Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity based in Coimbatore, suitable for candidates with 01 years of experience. The position offers an exciting entry point into Product Management within a fast-paced, innovative ed-tech environment focused on software solutions for educators and knowledge commerce.

Qualifications And Skills

• Product Management (Mandatory skill) : Ability to assist and eventually lead the lifecycle of software products, from conception to launch, to drive product success.
• Market Research (Mandatory skill) : Capable of conducting thorough market and competitor analysis to inform product strategies and decision-making processes.
• Strategic thinking (Mandatory skill) : Possesses strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives with a strategic outlook.
• Priortization Framework : Understands frameworks such as RICE or MoSCoW for evaluating and prioritizing product features with business impact in mind.
• PRD writing : Able to draft comprehensive Product Requirement Documents, ensuring cross-functional clarity and seamless execution of product features.
• Product Analytics : Proficient in collecting and interpreting product usage data to inform improvements and optimize product performance.
• Excellent communication : Strong verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• User-centric mindset : Demonstrates commitment to understanding and enhancing the end-user experience through data-driven and insightful solutions.
