Role Description

This is a contract role for a Social Media Community Manager, based on-site in Noida. The manager will be responsible for planning and creating creative and engaging content, moderating discussions, responding to community queries, and driving audience engagement. Additional tasks include analyzing social media metrics, managing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to create impactful strategies that align with the company's mission of empowering creators.

Qualifications

• Social Media Management(1-2 years ), Audience Engagement, and Community Building skills
• Content Creation, Copywriting, and Graphic Design familiarity
• Analytics skills for tracking performance, evaluating community feedback, and improving strategies
• Knowledge of Social Media Platforms and Trends
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in an on-site collaborative environment
• Prior experience in managing creator-focused communities or similar roles is a plus
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Expierence of creating video on camera (by casting themselves as well)
