Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Assist in drafting and sending official HR communications
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events
- Maintain proper documentation for HR operations
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination within the HR department
