Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients and financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales management and team leadership
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Strong understanding of financial products, including loans, mortgages, and credit cards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the financial sector is a plus
