Role Description : Performance Specialist (Google & Meta Ads Focus)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Specialist, located in Coimbatore. The Specialist will be primarily responsible for driving and optimizing performance across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) platforms. This involves managing, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance data, conducting performance testing, and implementing strategies to maximize ROI and achieve specific performance goals. Day-to-day tasks include deep-dive data analysis, generating comprehensive performance reports, managing campaign budgets and bids, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded. The role requires close collaboration with creative, sales, and product teams to optimize ad campaigns and enhance overall digital advertising effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Specialization in Google Ads and Meta Ads : Proven experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across both platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Facebook / Instagram).
• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis Expertise : Proficient in using platform analytics tools and external data visualization software to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
• Experience in Performance Management and Performance Testing : Proven track record of A / B testing ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance metrics.
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills : Ability to effectively articulate complex performance findings and strategies to various team members and stakeholders.
• Experience in the advertising industry is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to work on-site in Coimbatore.
