Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Agentic AI Architecture - Intern / Entry Level role. The responsibilities include assisting in the development of solution architectures, integrating agentic AI technologies, and contributing to the architectural design of innovative hospitality solutions. The role entails frequent collaboration, effective communication, and hands-on learning to drive technical solutions that align with Mosaic Hospitality’s objectives.

You’ll help build our internal agentic AI platform that reads hotel data, learns workflows, reasons with context, connects APIs, and delivers real time insights across revenue, sales, marketing, digital, and operations.

What you will build / support

• A centralized knowledge hub for all MOSAIC hotel data
• Retrieval logic that understands hotel terms, trends, and patterns
• Real time reporting and performance summaries
• API connections to PMS, CRS, RMS, review platforms, dashboards, sheets
• Agent behaviors that answer hotel questions with clarity
• Automated month end reporting and pacing insights
• OTA content, parity, and visibility checks powered by AI
• Smart alerts tied to pace, forecast shifts, and competitive change
