Job descriptionScrap posting material disposition to scrap yard RPO - OBD Vehicle request and dispatch Rejection Material Documentation and sending to LSC MDA - Document material Follow-up packing & shipment FOC material request follow up packing & shipment Shipment Plan printout and share to packing team members Planning for packing material follow up with supplier Vehicle follow-up with Transport team and confirm Communication to SCM - Vehicle details OTL for invoice creation Invoices prepare and get self-sign Export piece parts shipment - material follow up packing & Packing detail vehicle request & shipment Vehicle sending out with respective consignment invoices Shipment adherence report circulation Welding person coordination to weld the brackets along with Lorry bed Hot work permit to be preparation Block stock meeting and review Scrap posting (555) Material Arranging for Defacing and inform to scrap in charge DA from SCM to be update the daily tracker DA to be updated and verify the engine serial # against the plan Shipment Plan printout and share to packing team members OBD creation in SAP Follow with quality for 10 lot clearance OBD - PGI OTL DA - request email send to SCM for Invoice creation Invoice receives - Take printout and get self-seal sign FOC material request follow up packing & shipment MDA - Document material Follow up packing & shipment Engines Skids stock check C3 days Vehicle placing for urgent requirement consumable Vehicle placing / requesting for domestic shipment Consumable trigger and follow up with supplier IW21 - documentation Re export - Morton / Corinth / Seguin / Clyton / Waco lists - material follow up packing shipment EPD - Z51 movement and documentation 541 document creation Goods receipts Job Location : Hosur Work timings : 8 : 00 to 5 : 00 Working days : 6 Hiring Manager : Arun G On The Payroll of Randstad India Pvt Ltd.
