The Hardware Senior Specialist is responsible for Project Leadership driving Life Cycle Management (LCM) of parts and key sub-systems in advanced Medical Devices through industry-leading Engineering and OEM partners. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we collaborate with specialized and industry leading partners, as well as internal stakeholders, to support Radiometer&aposs product portfolio of Critical Medical Devices.

This position reports to the Engineering Manager - Hardware in BDC, Bangalore and is part of the Global Instrument R&D. The position is located in BDC office, Bangalore, India. It will be an on-site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Drive Life Cycle Management (LCM) across both external Industri leading partners, internal project teams and stakeholders. You&aposll work at the forefront of advanced Medical Devices, leveraging unique intellectual property that integrates advanced chemistry, electronics, and mechanical sub-systems. Together, we enable precision diagnostics that help save lives - every single day.
• You will be key to establish Statements of Work and to ensure seamless collaboration across internal functions including design engineering, software, service, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality to deliver high quality advanced parts and sub-systems.
• Define and continuously improve processes, utilizing our recognized Danaher Business System (LEAN Tools) for efficient and superior quality and Product Lifecycle Management of parts and sub-systems with External Partners.
• Driving BOM cost reductions and overseeing associated budgets
• Drive compliance, product quality and reliability, through documentation, change control and incl. transfer to manufacturing to ensure Industry leading Precision Diagnostics
