Location : Vadodara (GJ)
Position : Deputy Manager - BPO Operations (Telecollection Process)
Industry : BPO / KPO
Experience : 6+ years of relevant experience
Salary : Best in the industry
Job type : Full-time & WFO

Job responsibilities :

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient work delivery

Regularly monitor, track and analyze performance metrics and identify improvement areas

Identify and implement innovative strategies for process enhancement

Maintain accurate collection data, generate MIS reports, and prepare presentations on team performance and business objectives

Client handling and dispute resolution

Desired candidate profile :

Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in handling Telecollection process in BPO setup / call center operations

Strong analytical and communication skills

Overall process knowledge i.e. Call flow, Dialer management, MIS, QA, etc.

DRA certification will be preferable

Immediate joiner and ready to relocate to Vadodara
