What you’ll do :
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and art teams to maintain design excellence and consistency.
- Translate creative briefs into strong visual narratives that resonate with audiences.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, formats, and new-age design styles (especially for Instagram, reels, and social-first campaigns).
- Present creative ideas and concepts confidently to internal teams and clients.
