- Schedule interviews in multiple time zones with accuracy and precision.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interview logistics and enhance candidate experiences.
- Update and maintain recruiting systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Track recruiting activities and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills :
4+ years of Recruitment Coordination experience with a proven track record of success.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse groups.Ability to handle high-volume scheduling with accuracy and precision.Proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results.Excellent follow-up skills, with a focus on ensuring seamless communication and resolution.Tech-savvy with experience using HR systems and software.Flexible to work various shifts, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and demands.Benefits :
