🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect (Python / AWS) to lead the backend architecture and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices-based systems . The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep expertise in Python (Flask) , AWS (Lambda, Redshift, Glue, S3) , and database optimization , along with strong experience in CI / CD automation and cloud-native architecture .
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead backend systems ensuring scalability, uptime, and resilience .
- Design, build, and maintain microservices and REST APIs using Flask .
- Develop optimized RDBMS / SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Aurora) and ensure performance tuning.
- Manage AWS cloud deployments using Lambda, Glue, Redshift, and S3.
- Implement CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Lead and mentor distributed teams, establish coding standards and conduct code reviews.
- Set up robust logging and monitoring with CloudWatch, Prometheus, and the ELK stack.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align development goals with business objectives .
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards.
