🔹 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect (Python / AWS) to lead the backend architecture and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices-based systems . The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep expertise in Python (Flask) , AWS (Lambda, Redshift, Glue, S3) , and database optimization , along with strong experience in CI / CD automation and cloud-native architecture .

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead backend systems ensuring scalability, uptime, and resilience .
  • Design, build, and maintain microservices and REST APIs using Flask .
  • Develop optimized RDBMS / SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Aurora) and ensure performance tuning.
  • Manage AWS cloud deployments using Lambda, Glue, Redshift, and S3.
  • Implement CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
  • Lead and mentor distributed teams, establish coding standards and conduct code reviews.
  • Set up robust logging and monitoring with CloudWatch, Prometheus, and the ELK stack.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align development goals with business objectives .
  • Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards.

  • Programming : Python (Flask), Celery
  • AWS Services : Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3
  • Architecture : Microservices, API Gateway, Distributed Systems
  • Databases : PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Performance Tuning
  • DevOps Tools : GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
  • Monitoring : ELK Stack, Cloud Watch, Prometheus
  • Methodology : Agile / Scrum
  • Soft Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

    • 🔹 Mandatory Experience

  • Proven track record in high-scale product environments emphasizing uptime and defect prevention.
  • Strong background in leading and mentoring engineering teams across distributed geographies.
  • US Healthcare domain experience (HIPAA, PHI, EHR integrations) is highly preferred.
