We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter with strong expertise in Domestic Hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for domestic positions ( Contract to hire roles)
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Provide hiring insights and market trends to leadership
