Role Overview :
The Marketing Executive will support and coordinate day-to-day marketing activities to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms. The role involves managing CRM systems, supporting campaigns, and collaborating across teams to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Create and manage marketing content for brochures, press releases, and digital platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute promotional activities.
- Manage and maintain CRM accuracy, ensuring it supports sales and marketing operations.
- Coordinate with sales and senior management to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, events, and brand-building initiatives
- Other projects and duties which the company deems suitable for the position.
- Create master accounts for client / dealers on sales request.
- Ensure smooth working of CRM
- Create and tag leads for various marketing related events like - Roadshows / Seminars / Conferences / Workshop, etc.
- Review open opportunity report & send to RMs
- Share status of leads with marketing department on weekly basis
- Train on usage of CRM
Key Competencies :
Good understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, etc.).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Knowledge of social media and web analytics.Strong written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinking with attention to detailStrong adaptability and problem-solving skillsGood organizational and time management abilities.Adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented approachEducation : Graduate (BSc / BCom / BA) with Marketing degree or diploma.
Experience : 1–2 years in a core marketing coordination or support role, preferably with CRM experience
