Job descriptionReview every video edited by the video editors. Ensure excellence in : Storytelling Captions (accuracy, placement, styles) Sound engineering Background audio selection Visual hooks, title hooks, audio hooks Graphics, animations, AI visuals Brand colors, look & feel Color grading & overall video polish Send revision notes to editors, verify changes, and finalize deliverables. Manage the full content pipeline and delivery schedule. Assign videos to editors based on workload & deadlines. Track editor progress and ensure timely updates. Approve final edits before pushing to the client. Develop brand identities, theme styles, and visual systems for new clients. Research trends, content styles, formats, and hooks. Bring fresh ideas and stay ahead with Instagram, TikTok & Facebook best practices. Leverage AI tools for generative visuals, captions, and content enhancements. Review weekly performance : views, engagement, retention, shares, etc. Create concise client-friendly performance reports. Suggest improvements based on analytics and trends. Hire and onboard new editors as needed. Maintain creative standards across the editing team. Ensure editors follow TheXMedia’s brand tonality and editing frameworks. Has 2+ years working in a content agency or as a video creator / editor. Has deep experience with social media short-form content. Understands viral content psychology and storytelling. Exceptional understanding of : Hooks (visual, audio, title) Short-form storytelling Video editing quality standards Captions styles & placements Color grading, pacing, transitions AI-generated visuals and tools Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage editors and maintain high creative standards. Comfortable working during EST working hours. Experience with real estate, mortgage, law, or business niche content. Knowledge of AI tools, automations, or CRM systems. Work with Canada’s #1 personal branding agency . Role Overview
We are hiring a Content Quality & Production Manager who will own the entire lifecycle of client video content from reviewing edits to ensuring brand consistency, storytelling depth, and trend alignment.
This is NOT a basic coordinator role. This is a senior, highly skilled creative operations position where you ensure every video we deliver is :
- Story-driven
- Visually powerful
- Sound-engineered professionally
- Edited to viral standards
- On-brand for each client
- Delivered on time
You will be the final gatekeeper before content goes live.
