Description : Head Of Marketing
Position Overview
The candidate will lead marketing initiatives across multiple PPZ-managed retail malls in the Southern region. As Cluster Marketing South, you will develop and implement strategic campaigns, coordinate mall-level events, manage budgets, and drive marketing-led revenue and footfall.
Key Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual strategic and tactical marketing plans and calendars for the cluster
- Align brand positioning and promotional activities across malls.
Events & Activations
Conceptualize, negotiate, and execute high-impact events (annual festivals, brand tieups, PR events) at both national and regional scale .Work closely with brand partners, vendors, and inhouse teams.Public Relations & Communications
Manage PR campaigns, mall launches, media engagements, press conferences, andCustomer Engagement & CRM
Drive customerdelight programs and loyalty initiatives using PPZs CRM / automation toolsUse database segmentation for targeted communication.Financial Planning & Monitoring
Prepare and manage marketing budgets for the cluster; monitor spends and ROI .Track and report marketing incomes, footfall, and campaign KPIs.Business Analysis
Conduct business assessments, track campaign performance, and refine marketing strategies based on data and customer insights 7-12 years in retail or mall marketing, preferably in multi-location / event-driven Strategic planning, event management, budgeting, stakeholder Excellent verbal / written English; media and PR handling capabilities.Tools Knowledge :
