Regional Manager - 3PL - Advantis India

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee logistics operations and drive business growth across Tamil Nadu & Andhra Pradesh.

The role involves full regional responsibility including operations, revenue performance, team leadership, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end regional logistics operations
• Drive revenue growth & achieve regional targets
• Lead and monitor branch & warehouse teams
• Oversee warehousing & distribution performance
• Develop and maintain key client relationships
• Track KPIs, MIS reporting & operational efficiency

Who we are looking for

• 5–10+ years' experience in Logistics / Supply Chain
• Proven regional operations & sales exposure
• Strong leadership & multi-location team handling
• Experience in warehousing & transportation
• Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
• Willing to travel across Tamil Nadu & Andhra Pradesh
