Roles & Responsibilities :

• Ensure productive collaboration between multiple stakeholders
• Mentor and guide the leads
• Ensure smooth and seamless transition of job roles during hand-overs and take-overs for role transition / attrition.
• Ensure proper resource management, validation of timesheet wrt right Jade from BTC leads.
• Promote and lead innovation to enhance effectiveness of work delivery.
• Promote improvement opportunities.
• Working experience of Reliability, Maintenance, preferably in Meridium and / or Criticality Analysis and Equipment strategies
• Working experience in SAP, PM and MM Modules knowledge is preferred.
• Fluent English written and oral communication / interpersonal skills
• Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams
• Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Aware of international standards related to equipment maintenance
