Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytically strong Cost Analyst to join a leading, publicly listed Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) backed by a major conglomerate. This role is essential for rigorous financial management, focusing on cost analysis and reporting across all business and functional verticals (Urban Finance, Farmer Finance, SME Finance, and Rural Business Finance). You will be responsible for meticulous P&L tracking, comprehensive variance analysis, and identifying strategic cost optimization Responsibilities

• Cost Reporting & Analysis : Prepare detailed and accurate Cost Reports for all business and

functional verticals across the organization.
