We are seeking an experienced CyberArk PAM Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize our Privileged Access Management (PAM) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Cloud and related integrations, ensuring secure and efficient management of privileged credentials across enterprise systems.

- Experience in CyberArk Privileged Cloud .
- Onboard domain, Windows, Linux, cloud, and database administrator target systems to CyberArk.
- Perform bulk account onboarding of privileged accounts via GUI.
- Onboard and manage application service accounts and other privileged accounts that may impact applications when credentials are rotated via Central Credential Provider (CCP) .
- Onboard secrets in Secrets Hub , create sync policies, and manage secret synchronization.
- Manage high-availability, disaster recovery, network configuration, patching, and upgrading of CyberArk software.
- Troubleshoot third-party integrations such as Active Directory, SIEM, and SMTP .
- Troubleshoot password management and session management issues.
- Generate reports for password compliance and access certification .
- Configure new load balancers for PSM (Privileged Session Manager) and CCP (Central Credential Provider) .
- Provide guidance on configuring master policies , password policies , session recording , and whitelist / blacklist commands for password vaulting and rotation.
- Train end-user administrators on procedures to access and use the PAM tool effectively.
- Document known issues , administrator guides, and SOPs for patching and upgrade activities.
- Develop scripts for bulk onboarding, reconciliation, and user management using the CyberArk REST API .
