Canadian Tax & Accounting Specialist

Canadian Corporate Restructuring ,
Amalgamations ,
Succession Planning , and
Canada GST Services . You will have the opportunity to engage with clients directly, providing tailored solutions in a range of complex tax and accounting matters for Canadian businesses.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide expert advisory services in
Canadian Corporate Restructuring
with a focus on
Amalgamations
and
Succession Planning .
Assist clients in optimizing their tax strategies, ensuring compliance with Canadian tax laws and regulations.
Manage
Canada GST Services , including guidance on registration, filing, and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive tax and accounting solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and ongoing business.
Skills & Qualifications :
4+ years of experience in a
client-facing tax / accounting role
(preferably with a focus on Canadian tax matters).
Strong knowledge and experience in
Canadian Corporate Restructuring, Amalgamations , and
Succession Planning .
Expertise in
Canada GST Services , including all aspects of compliance and advisory.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
