Fullstack Product Engineer – AI-Powered Products (Langchain / RAG / LLM applications, Ruby, React)

We’re looking for a high-ownership Fullstack Product Engineer to join our team in building and shipping cutting-edge AI-powered products at serious speed.

✅ Must-Haves :

Product-driven mindset : You make tactical decisions fast and care deeply about product outcomes—not just the code.

LLM / Langchain Equivalent experience : You've built real features or products using Langchain and understand the LLM ecosystem. Have built a serious LLM integrated application and went live.

Agentic Flows : Have built agentic flows using LLMs and went live.

Fullstack excellence : You work seamlessly across Ruby (backend) and React (frontend) . No handoffs. No silos.

Zero-API mentality : You don’t rely on an elaborate API layer; you're comfortable making decisions across the stack with minimal abstractions.

Launched real AI apps : You've taken at least one AI-powered product to market, preferably LLM-based.

Ownership mindset : You’re hands-on, bottom-line accountable, and thrive in unstructured environments.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Own end-to-end product development using Ruby and React, working tightly with product and design.

Build and iterate fast—days not weeks.

Implement intelligent workflows using Langchain and other LLM frameworks.

Skip the bloated API layers and get things done through smart architecture and direct integration.

Ship high-utility features used by thousands of users.

Bonus :

Past experience building tools in CRM, SaaS, or automation.

Familiarity with agents, vector DBs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
