Job description
  • Coordinate with cloud vendors for new infrastructure service requirements and additional services within existing infrastructure
  • Work with internal and external teams / clients to resolve alerts, address issues, and handle requirements like firewall rules, public / private IP assignments, and system administration tasks for cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure that calls received from vendors regarding issues are escalated and addressed with relevant stakeholders for appropriate actions
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude toward advancing cloud skills and contribute strategic ideas for evolving business requirements
  • Strive to achieve timely resolution of cloud-related tasks and support business needs effectively
