Business Development Associate

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales and growth for our SaaS-based HRMS / Product solutions . The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for the company's SaaS products.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance lead generation and client engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications in CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and SaaS market developments.
