Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand & Communications Leader to join the Algoworks marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing and reinforcing our global brand identity (with an emphasis on the US and EU markets). This business-to-business brand expert will oversee all graphic design output, manage our social media presence and lead internal and executive communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of visual storytelling, brand consistency and written communication, with a passion for using AI tools to scale and optimize brand execution. Experience with managing public relations outreach is preferred, especially in US and EU markets.
This role will manage a small team of designers and content creators and will collaborate closely with marketing, engineering and executive leadership to ensure our brand voice is clear, consistent and impactful across all channels and to all audiences, including our employees. This role requires a data-driven, outcome-oriented mindset, with a focus on building and tracking KPIs, optimizing performance and continuously improving brand engagement through analytics and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing and protecting the company's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications while driving creative excellence in execution
- Audit and refine brand assets including logos, typography, color palettes and templates, using AI-assisted design tools to speed output and ensure brand integrity
- Supervise the creation of high-impact visual assets including presentations, social media graphics, web visuals and marketing collateral—reinforcing the brand in engaging and memorable ways
- Provide creative direction and feedback to designers to elevate visual storytelling and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign and business goals
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business objectives and brand voice, using AI-driven tools for content generation, scheduling and performance optimization
- Oversee social content calendars, post scheduling and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, X), ensuring consistency and relevance for US and EU business audiences
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards to track brand engagement, social media performance and internal communications effectiveness
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics, applying AI-powered insights to improve reach, engagement and brand recall
- Manage internal communications campaigns to support culture, engagement and transparency, leveraging AI tools for message personalization and delivery optimization
- Draft and distribute newsletters, announcements and executive messages with clarity, tone and strategic alignment
- Support PR efforts including press releases, media outreach and thought leadership content, with AI-assisted drafting and media monitoring tools
- Manage a small team of 3–4 designers, social content creators and internal communicators, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement
- Provide mentorship, performance feedback and professional development opportunities, encouraging the adoption of AI tools and data-driven thinking
Required Qualifications
