Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and client-centric Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sr. TA) to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts while also owning client relationships and account management responsibilities. This role goes beyond sourcing it's about understanding client hiring needs, building strong partnerships, ensuring service delivery excellence, and contributing to strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities :
End-to-End Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from requirement intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Source candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on job fit and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and candidate communications.
Client Engagement & Account Management
Act as the primary talent acquisition point of contact for assigned clients.Understand client hiring goals, organizational structure, and talent strategy.Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with client stakeholders.Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients on hiring progress and market trends.Strategic Hiring & Delivery Excellence
Analyze client hiring data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates in line with SLAs and expectations.Collaborate with internal recruitment teams or delivery managers to scale hiring efforts as needed.Stay updated on market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with client-facing responsibilities.Proven experience in managing client accounts or working in RPO / MSP / staffing environments.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Requirements
