What You'll Be Doing :
Lead and manage external / statutory audit engagements for a wide range of clients.
Conduct research on complex technical accounting matters.
Manage your own portfolio of clients while meeting multiple deadlines.
Identify business risk areas and define appropriate audit approaches.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure seamless audit coverage.
Plan and coordinate all audit phases including staffing, workload planning, monitoring hours, and skill assessment.
Support quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
Maintain strong working relationships with global teams to ensure year-round client support.
Uphold high technical and professional standards in all engagements.
Mentor, train, and guide staff-level team members; contribute to their career development.
Participate in training design, delivery, and continuous learning programs.
Identify concerns proactively and escalate issues when necessary.
Work across multiple teams and projects, demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Look for opportunities to expand services and support to US business teams.
What We're Looking For :
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience .
Proactive team player with strong ownership and a result-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and navigate ambiguity effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Strong interpersonal skills—open, honest, and professional in client and team interactions.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
