Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Type : Fixed-Term Contract – 6 months (possibility of extension)

Experience Required : 3–5 years in B2B product design

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design initiatives for enterprise platforms used by global businesses. The role demands balancing functional complexity with intuitive interfaces, ensuring business users can achieve efficiency without compromising on usability. You will be responsible for designing features across workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools that power critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design of B2B product features from discovery through delivery.
Translate business requirements into clear workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
Conduct user interviews and usability testing with enterprise clients to validate assumptions.
Create prototypes that demonstrate complex multi-step workflows with clarity.
Partner with engineers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
Build and evolve scalable design systems tailored to enterprise needs.
Ensure accessibility compliance and usability standards across tools.
Facilitate design reviews, gathering feedback and aligning stakeholders.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture within the team.

What You Bring

3–5 years of experience designing B2B or enterprise applications.

Strong portfolio showcasing data-heavy dashboards, reporting tools, and workflows.

Proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping methods.

Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and enterprise-specific design challenges.

Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to work in hybrid teams with product managers, researchers, and engineers.
