About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of IT Operations Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITOM modules, strong architecture and integration capabilities, and hands-on experience implementing enterprise-scale automation, discovery, and observability solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, AIOps, Orchestration, CMDB, and Operational Intelligence.
• Lead the end-to-end ITOM architecture strategy , ensuring platform scalability, performance, and governance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess requirements, define roadmaps, and translate business needs into technical architectural designs.
• Drive CMDB design, data modelling, CI class structure , and ensure data integrity and reconciliation.
• Implement and optimize Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors to enhance visibility of infrastructure and application services.
• Integrate ServiceNow with on-premises and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for automated discovery and event ingestion.
• Provide best practices, architecture reviews, and guidance on ITOM workflows, integrations, and automation initiatives .
• Lead troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution across ITOM modules.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints.
• Mentor developers and administrators, and support governance for platform enhancements.
