Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of products such as Mortgage Loans, Secured Loans, SME Loans, Msme Loans, and other financial services.
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers and building relationships with them.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-6 years of experience in Sales & Business Development (preferably in Banking / NBFC).Strong knowledge of mortgage loans, secured loans, sme loans, msme loan products.Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.Skills Required
