Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of products such as Mortgage Loans, Secured Loans, SME Loans, Msme Loans, and other financial services.
  • Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers and building relationships with them.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in Sales & Business Development (preferably in Banking / NBFC).
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage loans, secured loans, sme loans, msme loan products.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
