Position Overview :

The individual will be responsible for monthly MIS activities, providing accurate and comprehensive costing information to support decision-making within the the company.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a key financial advisor and partner to business leaders, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive financial performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and commercial decisions and initiatives.

Participate in business reviews and provide financial perspectives on new opportunities, risks, and investments.

Support the development and evaluation of strategic initiatives, including new product launches, market expansions, and business development opportunities.

Provide financial analysis and insights to assess the potential impact of various strategic options and help in decision-making.

Identify opportunities to improve business processes, cost efficiencies, and revenue generation through financial analysis and collaboration with operational teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging financial insights and best practices.

Develop and maintain costing models to accurately estimate the financial impact of different stages of drug development, including pre-clinical research, clinical trials, and regulatory processes. Ensure that the costing models are comprehensive, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.

Key Qualifications & Experience :

CA – Finance (1st / 2nd Attempt)

Experience should be 2-4 Years in Business Finance with Any Manufacturing industry or Big4 CA Firm
