Talent Acquisition (Primary 60%) : Managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn; conducting telephonic screenings; scheduling and coordinating interviews; salary negotiations; and ensuring timely closure of positions.
Candidate Pipeline Management : Building and maintaining talent pools for critical positions, especially for real estate operations, sales, engineering, and construction roles; maintaining recruitment tracker and MIS reports.
Vendor Management : Liaising with recruitment consultants, managing job portal subscriptions, and coordinating with third-party vendors for HR Skills :
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding).
Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Strong telephonic screening and candidate sourcing capabilities.
Experience in payroll management and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple HR administrative functions.
Preferred Skills / Experience
Previous experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering industry recruitment
(mandatory preference).
Experience with high-volume recruitment and managing recruitment pipelines.
Knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Provident Fund (PF) As per statutory norms.
