Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a User Experience Design Specialist located in Kolkata. The role involves designing user-centric experiences, conducting user research, and developing prototypes to improve interaction and usability. The Specialist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate visual design elements and enhance interface aesthetics. Day-to-day responsibilities include applying design thinking methodologies to solve challenges and creating intuitive experiences aligned with user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies

Experience in Visual Design and User Experience Design (UED)

Skills in Prototyping tools and techniques

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Familiarity with industry-standard design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD

Knowledge of usability testing and principles of accessibility is a plus
