Business Automation Engineer

About the Role :

We’re looking for a Zoho Creator Developer who is passionate about building robust business applications using Zoho’s low-code platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and ZML, along with a strong grasp of business processes and integration across the Zoho Business Suite.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions that streamline operations, enhance productivity, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain applications within Zoho Creator using Deluge and ZML.
• Integrate Zoho Creator with core Zoho apps such as CRM, Books, Recruit, Desk, and Projects.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
• Act as a point of contact (POC) for client communication, support, and requirement gathering.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• Configure workflows, blueprints, and automation across Zoho applications.
• Manage data migration, data validation, and ensure integrity within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Work independently to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
• Prepare documentation, maintain version control, and provide client training or demos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
