Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate Litigation position based in Mumbai at Divya Shah Associates with a hard core experience only in Litigation (5 to 6 yrs minimum) working in a Law Firm Only. The Advocate Litigation will perform daily tasks such as drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, and preparing case strategies. The role will also include coordinating with clients, independently attending court hearings and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Legal Drafting, Case Analysis, and preparing legal documents
• Strong Research skills with familiarity in analyzing case law and statutory framework
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills for advising clients and court interactions
• Experience in Litigation and Court Procedures, including familiarity with court rules
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Interaction with Jr. / Sr. Counsels
• LLB, LLM
